Jo Ann Ackermann: I would just like to say something about Dolce Vita. I had lasagna there and it was out of sight...Marty- the owner made it. It was made with tomato sauce and bechemal...it was light and scrumptious.
Last night I went to an Italian restaurant in Gilbert- paid a lot of money for lasagna supposedly made the same way. I couldn't eat it- it was awful...tasted like it was made 2 months ago, frozen, heated in the microwave, tossed under the broiler and served. Not only does Dolce Vita have unbelievable gelato- the food is fresh and delicious!!
